Richard Paul Evans, a former advertising executive, wrote The Christmas Book for his daughter. Encouraged by those who read the story, Evans went onto publish the tale on his own. Evans lives in Salt Lake City, Utah, with his wife Keri, and their three daughters, Jenna, Allyson, and Abigail. He is currently working on his next novel.
