This is another great Carle book for young children. The language is repetitive which is great for young children developing an interest and knowledge of language. The rhyming words are attention-getting and the rhythm of the words is smooth and melodic. The last page is a delight that children and adults will both enjoy!! This is a great classic for a child's library (infant+).
